Vision:

ADOPEM’s aims to improve the quality-of-life of disadvantaged Dominican households through the provision of tailored, integrated financial services.  In addition to offering critical financial services, ADOPEM also strives to train its staff to understand and respond effectively to the specific needs of the very poor, especially women.   

Mission:

ADOPEM's mission is to promote the economic development of Dominican families by integrating them into the formal economic system through the provision of affordable, accredited financial services and training otherwise not available to socially and economically disadvantaged sectors of the population.  ADOPEM strives to achieve its mission within a framework of ethical values towards the benefit of society in general.
