Loan received, from DEFIMFRO, on the 26th of September, 1997 to fund micro, medium and small businesses in the construction of buildings, purchase of machinery and equipment, and working capital PROMIPYME. 
Loan received from PROMIPYME in 1997, with a year’s grace period and five years to amortize the capital, to fund loans to medium and small businesses. On the 28th of October, 2000 the loan was expanded to RD$8 million. In 2002, it was amplified to RD$12 million. At the end of 2002, the loan had a balance of RD$10.4 million..
INFOTEP 
On the 28th of April, 1998 ADOPEM signed an agreement with INFOTEP (the National Institute of Technical and Professional Training) for INFOTEP to train the employees and microentrepreneurs of ADOPEM in management techniques through workshops and courses. CAMPE 
An agreement between ADOPEM and CAMPE was formed under the auspices of USAID to train the personnel of ..? In 1998 a course was held for the department of credit. Also, members of the executive board and directors of the banks participated in courses and seminars outside of the country. CE-MUJER 
On the 16th of January, 1998 an agreement of donation was signed between ADOPEM and CE-MUJER (Solidarity Center for the Development of Women) in which CE-MUJER gave funds to ADOPEM for it to administer the Program of Technical Formation, AMANTIM (Support for women in non traditional activities and their integration into the market) executed with resources donated by a German agency (GTZ). FONDO MICRO 
A loan contract was signed the 17th of November, 1992 with FONDOMICRO (the Fund for the Finance of Microenterprises, Inc.) for ADOPEM to obtain a line of credit. Miscellaneous ADOPEM has agreements with different local institutions to train ADOPEM clients in technical, vocational and managerial skills. These agreements include relationships with INDOTEC, INFOTEP, PUCMM-PID, INTEC Ecologico, the Women and Microenterprise Initiative, Yaque school and community organizations such as the Committee of Neighbourhood Defence and Alternative City.
