Training Institute ADOPEM offers, with the support of the National Ministry of Cultural Affairs, business development programs, initiatives and services.  It also offers training programs for the low-income sector and its particular individual and institutional participants such as microenterprises, small businesses, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, foundations and youth.

Training Institute ADOPEM has been successful in developing and implementing programs, projects and services tailed to the specific needs of the low-income market sector.  Its goal is to provide individuals access to formal training to allow them to develop the critical technical skills needed to participate fully in economic activity. The programs offered for institutions provide a conduit for market participants to formally train and educate their personnel in the particularities of microenterprises and microfinance.

Special Programs

Certificate in Microfinance

The Institute offer a Certificate in Microfinance with a specialization in credit analysis that is a 90-hour training designed for credit managers, consultants and staff of microfinance institutions.

Certificate in Human Resource Management

An 80-hour training program designed to teach management skills to individuals working in the microfinance field such as employees of development banks, not-for-profit organizations, and small to mid-size entrepreneurs.  This program is taught by instructors who are experts in their field and have extensive professional experience.

Training Institute ADOPEM offers consulting services supported by a team of professionals with extensive knowledge of an economic sector.  These professionals assess and advise entrepreneurs on how to run their businesses more efficiently with the goal of becoming more competitive and producing more stable revenue streams.
